Shipping Policy

Our koeksisters are prepared in small batches and shipped frozen to help preserve freshness and texture during transit.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and packed within 2–4 business days. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.

Shipping Schedule

To maintain product quality during transit, Living Fig ships orders Monday through Wednesday only. Orders placed later in the week may ship the following Monday to prevent packages from sitting in carrier facilities over the weekend.

Most customers receive their orders within 5–7 business days from the time the order is placed.

Shipping Method

Orders ship using Texas Frozen Shipping, which includes insulated packaging and ice packs to help maintain product quality during transit.

Shipping Area

Living Fig currently ships only within Texas.

Frozen Product Notice

Koeksisters are shipped frozen. Some thawing during transit may occur. Upon delivery, please place your order in the freezer as soon as possible.

For best texture, keep frozen until ready to enjoy. Koeksisters may be served cold or at room temperature.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure someone is available to receive your package promptly. Because this is a food product, Living Fig cannot be responsible for packages left outside for extended periods after delivery.
